D'Ai et al. GCN 23769 RA,Dec(2000)=03h 32m 52.97s +45d 31' 27.3\" r=4\")\nup to 16.7 unfiltered magnitude limit (5-sigma)\n\nThe galactic latitude b = -8 deg., longitude l = 151 deg.\nThe observations made on zenit distance =  7 deg.\nThe Moon altitude is -1 deg. (92 % bright part)\nThe sun  altitude  is -24.7 deg.\n\n\nMASTER-Amur robotic telescope ocated in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University)\nwas pointed to the  GRB190123A 27 sec after notice time (77 sec after trigger time)\n  at 2019-01-23 12:20:35 UT.\nOn our first (10s exposure, mlim=16.3 (5-sigma)) image we don't find optical transient\nwithin SWIFT-XRT error-box.\n\nThe observations made on zenit distance = 15 deg.\nThe moon (92 % bright part) is 14 deg. above the horizon.\nThe sun  altitude  is -40.1 deg.\n\nThe message may be cited.",
