GCN 23813) RA,Dec=117.46104,+0.93484; +-3arcsec)\nwith 5-sigma upper limit mlim=20.0 (MASTER unfiltered W=0.2B+0.8R calibrated by USNO-B1 field stars)\n\nObservations started when error-box altitude was 30.95deg.\nThe sun  altitude  was -33.77 deg.\n\n\nMASTER-SAAO robotic telescope, located in South  African Astronomical Observatory,\nwas pointed to GRB190129B at 2019-01-29 19:09:22 UT.\nThere is no OT inside Swift-XRT error-box and at GROND position with unfiltered mlim=21m (5-sigma upper limit 1080s exp.)\n\nObservations started when error-box altitude was 39.29.\nThe sun  altitude  was -17.36.\n\n\nMASTER-Tavrida robotic telescope, located in Lomonosov MSU SAI Crimean astronomical station,\nwas pointed to GRB190129B at 2019-01-29 2019-01-29 19:11:21UT.\nThere is no OT inside Swift-XRT error-box and at GROND position with mlim=20.4 (5-sigma upper limit on 1080s exp.)\n\nObservations started when error-box altitude was 40.18\nThe sun  altitude  was -46.51\n\n\nMASTER-IAC robotic telescope, located in Teide observatory (Tenerife, Canarias islands, Spain, IAC),\nwas pointed to GRB190129B at 2019-01-29 20:57:26UT.\nThere is no OT inside Swift-XRT error-box and at GROND position with mlim=20.3 (5-sigma upper limit on 540s exp.)\n\nObservations started when error-box altitude was 34.38\nThe sun  altitude  was -29.88.\n\n\nThe message may be cited.",
