Boer, J-F Olive, and J-P Dezalay, on\nbehalf of the HETE GRB team, report:\n\nHETE-FREGATE and Mars Odyssey - HEND observed this 0.5 s long\nevent at 73687 s. We have triangulated it to a preliminary\nannulus centered at RA, Decl(2000) = 334.080, -15.296 degrees,\nwhose radius is 75.364 +/- 0.146 degrees. This annulus passes\nvery close to, but formally excludes, the position of SGR1627-41.\nHowever, the spectrum of this burst appears to be hard, so it\nis most likely a short/hard GRB.\n\nThis annulus may be constrained and/or improved, but as this\nevent was not observed by Ulysses, a small error box cannot\nbe obtained for it.",
