(Saitama U.), \non behalf of J-GEM collaboration\n\nWe report our optical and near-infrared imaging observations \nfor the gravitational wave event S190412m. \nWe started our observations about 4.5 hours after receiving the alert.\n\nWe performed 390 deg2 wide-field imaging survey,\ncovering 88.5 % of probability region,\nusing the Tomo-e Gozen camera on the 105-cm Kiso Schmidt telescope,\na very wide-field (20 deg2 field-of-view) optical CMOS imager\n(Sako et al. 2018, SPIE, 10702, 107020J). \nA typical limiting magnitude is about 18.5 mag (no filter). \nData reduction is in progress. \n\nWe also performed galaxy-targeted observations for 63 galaxies \n(see the table below) selected from the GLADE catalog \n(Dalya et al. 2016) in the probability skymap of S190412m \nusing the following telescopes/instruments.\n - 50 cm MITSuME telescope at Akeno Observatory and a 3 color imager (g, Rc, Ic)\n - 50 cm MITSuME telescope at Okayama Astrophysical Observatory and a 3 color imager (g, Rc, Ic)\n - 91 cm Okayama Astrophysical Observatory NIR Wide���Field Camera \n   (OAOWFC, J-band, Yanagisawa, K., et al. 2014, Proc. SPIE, 9147, 91476D, \n   Yanagisawa, K., et al. 2016, Proc. SPIE, 9908, 99085D)\n - 200 cm Nayuta telescope at Nishi-Harima Astronomical Observatory \n   and Nishiharima Infrared Camera (NIC)\nWe found no apparent transient objects in these galaxies \nto the 5
