Trieste,\nand INFN Trieste) report on behalf of the AGILE Team:\n\nIn response to the LIGO-Virgo GW event S190421ar at T0 = 2019-04-21\n21:38:56 (UT), a preliminary analysis of the AGILE minicalorimeter (MCAL)\ndata found no event candidates within a time interval covering -/+ 1000 sec\nfrom the LIGO-Virgo T0.\n\nTwo-sigma upper limits (ULs) are obtained for a 1 s integration time at\ndifferent celestial positions within the accessible S190421ar 90% c.l.\nlocalization region, from a minimum of 1.30E-06 erg cm^-2 to a maximum of\n3.02E-06 erg cm^-2 (assuming as spectral model a single power law with\nphoton index 1.5).\n\nThe AGILE-MCAL detector is a CsI detector with a 4 pi FoV, sensitive in the\nenergy range 0.4-100 MeV. Additional analysis of AGILE data is in progress.",
