A.\nPerley (LJMU) report on behalf of the ZTF and GROWTH collaborations\n\nWe obtained near-IR spectroscopy of AT2019ebq (GCN #24210) with the\nNear-Infrared Echellette Spectrometer (NIRES) on the Keck II Telescope\non Mauna Kea. The spectrum shows broad P Cygni supernova-like features\nincluding He I (10830 A) with a velocity of approx. 14000 km/s,\nsuggesting that this is a Type Ib/IIb supernova. Thus, this object is\nunrelated to LIGO/Virgo S190425z (GCN #24168).\n\nWe thank the staff of Keck observatory, especially Percy Gomez and\nJulie Renaud-Kim, and the observer, Wanqiu He, for facilitating this\nTarget of Opportunity observation.",
