  "body": "The IceCube Collaboration (http://icecube.wisc.edu/) reports:\n\nIceCube has performed a search for track-like muon neutrino events\nconsistent with the sky localization of S190513bm-2-Initial in a time range\nof 1000\nseconds centered on the alert event time (2019-05-13 20:46:08.747 UTC to\n2019-05-13 21:02:48.747 UTC)\nduring which IceCube was collecting good quality data.\nNo track-like events are found in spatial coincidence with the 90% spatial\ncontainment of S190513bm calculated from the map\ncirculated in the preliminary notice.\n\nIceCube's sensitivity to point sources within the location spanned by the\n90% spatial containment of S190513bm ranges from\n0.029 to 0.506 GeV cm^-2 in a 1000 second time window.\n\nThe IceCube Neutrino Observatory is a cubic-kilometer neutrino detector\noperating at the geographic South Pole, Antarctica.\nThe IceCube realtime alert point of contact can be reached at\nroc@icecube.wisc.edu",
