Levine, F. Martel, E. Morgan, G. Prigozhin, J. Braga, R.\nManchanda, G.  Pizzichini, Y. Shirasaki, C. Graziani, M. Matsuoka, T.\nTamagawa, K. Torii, T. Sakamoto, A. Yoshida, E. Fenimore, M. Galassi,\nT. Tavenner, T.  Donaghy, M. Boer, J-F Olive, and J-P Dezalay, on\nbehalf of the HETE GRB team, report:\n\nKonus - Wind, Mars Odyssey - HEND, and HETE - FREGATE observed\nthis ~4 s long GRB at 07488 s.  We have triangulated it to a\npreliminary annulus centered at RA, Decl (2000)= 171.881, +4.499\ndegrees, with radius 58.501 +/-  0.403 degrees (3 sigma).  In\naddition, the Konus ecliptic latitude response limits the arrival\ndirections to ecliptic latitudes above 50 degrees, that is, to\nthat portion of the annulus between RA, Decl=163, +63 degrees\nand 226, +35 degrees.  \n\nThis localization may be improved, but a small error box\ncannot be derived for this event.",
