  "body": "M. H. Siegel (PSU) reports on behalf of the Swift/UVOT team:\n\nThe Swift/UVOT began settled observations of the field of GRB 190530A\n33.8 ks after the LAT trigger (GCN Circ. 24676). A fading source consistent\nwith the optical counterpart first reported by Lipunov et al. (GCN Circ.\n24680) is detected in the initial UVOT exposures.\n\nThe preliminary UVOT position is:\n   RA  (J2000) =  08:02:07.70 = 120.53209 (deg.)\n   Dec (J2000) = +35:28:46.8  =  35.47968 (deg.)\nwith an estimated uncertainty of 0.49 arc sec. (radius, 90% confidence).\n\nPreliminary detections using the UVOT photometric system\n(Breeveld et al. 2011, AIP Conf.
