  "body": "The LIGO Scientific Collaboration and the Virgo Collaboration report:\n\nWe have conducted further analysis of the LIGO and Virgo data around\nthe time of the compact binary coalescence (CBC) candidate S190701ah\n(GCN 24950). Parameter estimation has been performed using\nLALInference [1] and a new sky map, LALInference.offline.fits.gz,\ndistributed via GCN Notice, is available for retrieval from the\nGraceDB event page:\n\nhttps://gracedb.ligo.org/superevents/S190701ah\n\nLALInference.offline.fits.gz is the preferred sky map at this time.\nThe 90% credible region is 49 deg2. Marginalized over the whole sky,\nthe a posteriori luminosity distance estimate is 1849 +/- 446 Mpc\n(a posteriori mean +/- standard deviation).\n\nPreliminary investigations indicate that the sky localization should\nnot be biased on account of the scattered light in Livingston\nreported in GCN 24950; analyses including and excluding the affected\nlow-frequency data give consistent results.\n\nFor further information about analysis methodology and the contents\nof this alert, refer to the LIGO/Virgo Public Alerts User Guide\n<https/emfollow.docs.ligo.org/userguide/>.\n\n[1] Veitch et al.
