Sergienko \n(Blagoveschensk Educational State University)\n\n\n\n\nMASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190731.94 (trigger No 586305505,  1h  4m 48.00s , -82d 39m 36.00s, R=1) errorbox  82 sec after notice time and 111 sec after trigger time at 2019-07-31 22:40:11 UT, with upper limit up to  17.9 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 56 deg.
