Starr,\non behalf of the GRS-Odyssey GRB team, report:\n\nThe short-duration GRB 190810A (The Fermi-GBM team, GCN 25310)\nwas detected by Fermi (GBM trigger 587146326), INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS),\nMars-Odyssey (HEND), Konus-Wind, and Swift (BAT),\nat about 58321 s UT (16:12:01).\nThe burst was outside the coded field of view of the BAT.\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box\nwhose coordinates are:\n  ---------------------------------------------\n   RA(2000), deg                 Dec(2000), deg\n  ---------------------------------------------\n  Center:\n   192.049 (12h 48m 12s) -28.504 (-28d 30' 16\")\n  Corners:\n   190.529 (12h 42m 07s) -30.184 (-30d 11' 02\")\n   193.578 (12h 54m 19s) -26.862 (-26d 51' 42\")\n   193.486 (12h 53m 57s) -26.776 (-26d 46' 34\")\n   190.437 (12h 41m 45s) -30.097 (-30d 05' 48\")\n  ---------------------------------------------\nThe error box area is about 1804 sq. arcmin, and its maximum\ndimension is 4.28 deg (the minimum one is 7.0 arcmin).\nThe Sun distance was 66 deg.\n\nThis box may be improved.\n\nThe IPN localization is consistent with, but reduces the area of, the \nFermi-GBM one.\n\nA triangulation map is posted at\nhttp://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB190810_T58321/IPN\n\nThe Konus-Wind time history and spectrum will be given in a forthcoming\nGCN Circular.",
