Howell (LCO/UCSB)\n\nReport on behalf of the 1M2H and the UC-NASA-Keck collaborations:\n\nIn the process of searching the localization region of LIGO/Virgo\nS190814bv (LIGO/Virgo Collaboration, GCN #25324), we obtained\n30-second J-band exposures of the following regions with the\nMulti-Object Spectrometer For Infra-Red Exploration (MOSFIRE) on\nthe Keck I telescope on Maunakea. Observations began at approximately\nUT 2019-08-15 13:10. The field of view is roughly 6.1'x6.1'. The\napproximate center of each image is noted in the table below.\n\nThe first two fields correspond to the fields of DESGW candidates\nAT2019nme and AT2019nmd, respectively (GCN #25336). The remaining\nfields were prioritized according to the relative probability of\npotential host galaxies (Coulter et al. 2017, Science, 358, 1556).\n\nVisually inspecting our images and comparing to PS1 and DECaLS\nimages of the same fields, we did not detect any sources in J-band\nat the expected location of the candidates reported in GCN #25324,\nnor did we detect any sources without optical counterparts with a\nlimiting magnitude of J~20 mag.\n\n RA (J2000) | DEC (J2000)\n00 50 32.56 | -22 13 33.70\n00 51 29.00 | -22 28 16.96\n00 48 21.86 | -25 07 36.52\n00 47 05.25 | -24 14 19.32\n00 53 57.74 | -24 32 35.30\n00 51 29.86 | -24 38 32.97\n00 52 41.58 | -25 44 01.86\n00 50 56.15 | -23 38 53.38\n00 51 18.76 | -26 10 05.01\n01 34 29.64 | -32 48 22.46\n\nWe thank the staff of Keck observatory including Jim Lyke, John\nO'Meara, Randy Campbell, and Hilton Lewis for facilitating these\nTarget-of-Opportunity observations.",
