The candidates were found by\nthe Pan-STARRS1 telescope (GCN Circular No. 25356), by the DECam-Growth\nteam on CTIO Blanco DECam data (GCN Circular No. 25393), and independently\nin the DESGW analysis of the DECam data, respectively.\n\n\n\nWe obtained 1800 and 900 sec exposures of AT2019noq and AT2019ntn,\nrespectively, using the Goodman instrument on the 4.1m SOAR telescope at\nCerro Pachn. The SNID classifier analysis of these spectra allows us to\nconclude that:\n\n\n\nAT2019noq (PS19epf) is consistent with a Type IIP SN at a redshift of 0.07\na few days after peak.\n\n\n\nAT2019ntn (DG19rtekc) is consistent with both a Type Ia-CSM SN and a Type\nIIn SN at z=0.1.\n\n\n\nThe SOAR followup program is a partnership between the US (PIs: Tucker &\nKilpatrick), Chilean (PI: Olivares), and Brazilian (PI: Makler) community.\nThe optical counterpart was identified by the DECam Search & Discovery\nProgram for Optical Signatures of Gravitational Wave Events (DESGW, PI:\nSoares-Santos), which is carried out by the Dark Energy Survey (DES)\ncollaboration in partnership with wide ranging groups in the community.\nDESGW uses data obtained with the Dark Energy Camera (DECam), which was\nconstructed by the DES collaboration with support from the Department of\nEnergy and member institutions, and utilizes data as distributed by the\nScience Data Archive at NOAO. NOAO is operated by the Association of\nUniversities for Research in Astronomy (AURA) under a cooperative agreement\nwith the National Science Foundation.\n\n\n\nBased on observations obtained at the Southern Astrophysical Research\n(SOAR) telescope, which is a joint project of the Ministerio da Ciencia,\nTecnologia, Inovacoes e Comunicacoes do Brasil (MCTIC/LNA), the U.S.\nNational Science Foundation's National Optical Astronomy Observatory\n(NOAO), the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC), and Michigan\nState University (MSU).\n\n\n\n*The DESGW Collaboration:\n\n\n\nSahar Allam (Fermilab), James Annis (Fermilab), Iair Arcavi (Tel Aviv U),\nTristan Bachmann (U Chicago), Paulo Barchi (INPE & Brandeis U), Thomas\nBeatty (U of Arizona) Keith Bechtol (U of Wisconsin-Madison), Federico\nBerlfein (Brandeis U), Antonio Bernardo (U of Sao Paulo), Dillon Brout (U\nPenn), Robert Butler (Indiana U), Melissa Butner, (Fermilab), Annalisa\nCalamida (STScI), Hsin-Yu Chen (Harvard U), Chris Conselice (U of\nNottingham), Carlos Contreras (STScI), Jeff Cooke (Swinburne U), Chris\nDAndrea (U Penn), Tamara Davis (U Queensland), Reinaldo de Carvalho\n(UNICSUL), H.
