  "body": "IceCube Collaboration (http://icecube.wisc.edu/) reports:\n\nSearches [1,2] for track-like muon neutrino events detected by IceCube\nconsistent with the sky localization of gravitational-wave candidate\nS190822c\n in a time range of 1000 seconds [3] centered on the alert event time\n(2019-08-22 01:21:39.589 UTC to 2019-08-22 01:38:19.589 UTC) have been\nperformed.\nDuring this time period IceCube was collecting good quality data.  No\nsignificant track-like\nevents are found in spatial coincidence of S190822c calculated from the map\ncirculated in the 1-Preliminary notice.\n\nIceCube's sensitivity assuming an E^-2 spectrum (E^2 dN/dE) to neutrino\npoint sources within the locations spanned by the 90% spatial  containment\nof S190822c ranges from  0.029 to 0.659 GeV cm^-2 in a 1000 second\ntime window.\n\nThe IceCube Neutrino Observatory is a cubic-kilometer neutrino detector\noperating at the geographic South Pole, Antarctica.
