  "body": "IceCube Collaboration (http://icecube.wisc.edu/) reports:\n\nSearches [1,2] for track-like muon neutrino events detected by IceCube\nconsistent with the sky localization of gravitational-wave candidate S191129u\n in a time range of 1000 seconds [3] centered on the alert event time\n(2019-11-29 13:32:09.197 UTC to 2019-11-29 13:48:49.197 UTC) have been performed.\n\nDuring this time period IceCube was collecting good quality data.\nNo significant track-like events are found in spatial coincidence of\nS191129u calculated from the map circulated in the 2-Initial notice.\n\nIceCube's sensitivity assuming an E^-2 spectrum (E^2 dN/dE) to neutrino\npoint sources within the locations spanned by the 90% spatial containment\nof S191129u ranges from 0.029 to 1.080 GeV cm^-2 in a 1000 second\ntime window.\n\nThe IceCube Neutrino Observatory is a cubic-kilometer neutrino detector\noperating at the geographic South Pole, Antarctica.
