Meegan (both UAH)\nreport on behalf of the Fermi GBM Team:\n\n\"At 20:48:51.23 UT on 2 December 2019, the Fermi Gamma-Ray Burst Monitor\n(GBM)\ntriggered and located GRB 191202A (trigger 597012536 / 191202867)\nwhich was also detected by the Fermi-LAT.\nThe GBM on-ground location is consistent with the LAT position.\n\nThe angle from the Fermi LAT boresight at the GBM trigger time is 12\ndegrees.\n\nThe GBM light curve shows two pulses\nwith a duration (T90) of about 30.7 s (50-300 keV).\nThe time-averaged spectrum from T0-1.0 s to T0+18.4 s is\nbest fit by a Band function with Epeak = 190 +/- 19 keV,\nalpha = -1.20 +/- 0.04, and beta = -2.05 +/- 0.08.\n\nThe event fluence (10-1000 keV) in this time interval is\n(1.95 +/- 0.04)E-5 erg/cm^2.
