The GRB has been detected with\nIBIS/ISGRI in the 15-200 keV band but with a significance below the\nthreshold for automatic delivery of the IBAS Alert Packets.\n\nIts coordinates (J2000)  are:\n\nR.A.  15h 16m 37.7s\nDec. -16deg 09' 29''\n\nwith an uncertainty of 3 arcmin  (90% c.l. radius)\n\nThis message can be cited.",
