Starr,\non behalf of the GRS-Odyssey GRB team, report:\n\nThe long-duration GRB 200130B\n(Fermi-GBM detection: The Fermi GBM team, GCN Circ. 26944;\nBALROG localization: Kunzweiler et al., GCN Circ. 26945)\nwas detected by Fermi (GBM trigger 602071201), Konus-Wind,\nINTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), Mars-Odyssey (HEND), and Swift (BAT),\nat about 35997 s UT (09:59:57).\nThe burst was outside the coded field of view of the BAT.\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box\nwhose coordinates are:\n  ---------------------------------------------\n   RA(2000), deg                 Dec(2000), deg\n  ---------------------------------------------\n  Center:\n   134.742 (08h 58m 58s) -49.627 (-49d 37' 38\")\n  Corners:\n   133.618 (08h 54m 28s) -50.349 (-50d 20' 55\")\n   134.000 (08h 56m 00s) -50.392 (-50d 23' 31\")\n   135.836 (09h 03m 21s) -48.893 (-48d 53' 34\")\n   135.462 (09h 01m 51s) -48.857 (-48d 51' 26\")\n  ---------------------------------------------\nThe error box area is 1487 sq. arcmin, and its maximum\ndimension is 2.0 deg (the minimum one is 13 arcmin).\nThe Sun distance was 112 deg.\n\nThis box may be improved.\n\nThe IPN localization is consistent with, but reduces the area of, the \nFermi-GBM final position (GCN Circ. 26944).\n\nA triangulation map is posted at\nhttp://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB200130_T35999/IPN\n\nThe Konus-Wind time history and spectrum will be given in a forthcoming\nGCN Circular.",
