GCN 27041,\nhttps://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/other/S200213t.gcn3)\nthat is equal to 100% of 50%-error-field and 79% of 90%-error-field\nhttps://master.sai.msu.ru/site/master2/ligo_1.php?id=11331\n\n\n  MASTER OT J095359.98-333736.2 discovery - PSN in 3.3\"E,0.7\"N of PGC673735\n\nMASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at\n(RA, Dec) = 09h 53m 59.98s -33d 37m 36.2s on 2020-02-11.78015 UT.\n\nThe OT unfiltered magnitude is 19.0m (mlim=19.7).\n\nThe OT is seen in both 2 inspect images. There is no minor planet at this place.\n\nWe have reference image on 2015-01-23.98993 UT with unfiltered mlim= 19.9m.\n\nSpectral observations are required.\n\nThe discovery and reference images are available at:\n\nObservations and  analysys will be continued.\nThe message may be cited.",
