Ferrigno, on behalf of the INTEGRAL SPI-ACS GRB team, report:\n\nThe long-duration GRB 200219B\n(Fermi-GBM detection: The Fermi GBM team, GCN 27127)\nhas been detected by Fermi (GBM trigger  603798859), Konus-Wind,\nINTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), so far, at about 35652 s UT (09:54:12).\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error arc whose\ncoordinates are:\n  ---------------------------------------------\n   RA(2000), deg                 Dec(2000), deg\n  ---------------------------------------------\n  Center:\n  305.322 (20h 21m 17s) +17.202 (+17d 12' 07\")\n  Corners:\n  303.847 (20h 15m 23s) +18.943 (+18d 56' 35\")\n  288.913 (19h 15m 39s) -24.952 (-24d 57' 07\")\n  293.218 (19h 32m 52s) -21.998 (-21d 59' 52\")\n  306.769 (20h 27m 05s) +15.451 (+15d 27' 04\")\n  348.097 (23h 12m 23s) +15.820 (+15d 49' 13\")\n  352.740 (23h 30m 58s) +17.960 (+17d 57' 35\")\n  ---------------------------------------------\nThe error arc area is 404.4 sq. deg, and its maximum\ndimension is ~81 deg (the minimum one is ~5 deg).\nThe Sun distance was ~32 deg.\n\nThe LIGO/Virgo S200219ac localization (LIGO/Virgo Collaboration,\nGCN Circ. 27130) is inconsistent with the arc.\n\nThis arc may be improved.\n\nA triangulation map is posted at\nhttp://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB200219_T35651/IPN/\n\nThe time history and spectrum will be given in forthcoming GCN Circulars.",
