OT Err UL(3sigma)\n                         (mid, days) (s)\n2020-03-27 14:07:34 1.9877   R 28*120  21.15  0.06  23.1\n\n\nthe photometry is based on nearby SDSS-DR12 stars\nRA DEC               R(Lupton transformations)\n167.569191 27.848262 16.015\n167.513655 27.832992 16.930\n167.510507 27.850424 15.261\n\nThe photometry presented above corroborates the photometry presented by \nLCO (Strausbaugh et al. GCN 27456) at about the same time.",
