Starr,\non behalf of the GRS-Odyssey GRB team, report:\n\nThe long-duration GRB 200412A\n(BALROG localization: Kunzweiler et al., GCN Circ. 27546;\nFermi-GBM detection: Mailyan & Hamburg, GCN Circ. 27550)\nwas detected by Fermi (GBM trigger 608367436), Konus-Wind,\nINTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), and Mars-Odyssey (HEND)\nat about 25032 s UT (06:57:12).\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box\nwhose coordinates are:\n ---------------------------------------------\n  RA(2000), deg                 Dec(2000), deg\n ---------------------------------------------\n Center:\n  137.164 (09h 08m 39s) -39.022 (-39d 01' 20\")\n Corners:\n  136.598 (09h 06m 24s) -38.953 (-38d 57' 12\")\n  136.795 (09h 07m 11s) -39.172 (-39d 10' 21\")\n  137.730 (09h 10m 55s) -39.086 (-39d 05' 11\")\n  137.530 (09h 10m 07s) -38.870 (-38d 52' 11\")\n ---------------------------------------------\nThe error box area is 616 sq. arcmin, and its maximum\ndimension is 53 arcmin (the minimum one is 14 arcmin).\nThe Sun distance was 115 deg.\n\nThis box may be improved.\n\nThe localization is consistent with, but reduces\nthe area of, the final Fermi-GBM (GCN Circ. 27546) and\nBALROG (GCN Circ. 27550) localizations.\n\nA triangulation map is posted at\nhttp://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB200412_T25034/IPN/\n\nThe Konus-Wind time history and spectrum will be given in a forthcoming\nGCN Circular.",
