Giuliani (INAF/IASF-Mi), report on behalf of the\nAGILE Team:\n\nThe AGILE satellite detected a short hard X-ray burst at T0 = 2020-05-03\n23:25:13.50 (UT).\n\nThe event is visible in the scientific ratemeters of the SuperAGILE (SA;\n20-60 keV) detector and of the Anti-Coincidence (AC, 50-200 keV). The event\nlasted ~0.5 s and released a total number of ~360 counts in the SA \nratemeters\n(above a background of ~60 Hz) while ~800 counts in the AC ratemeters \n(above\na background of ~4200 Hz). The SA and AC ratemeters light curves can be \nfound at\n\nhttp://www.agilescienceapp.it/notices/AGILE_RM_SGR1935+2154_20200503.png .\n\nConsidering the geometry of the satellite at T0, the burst detection is\ncompatible with a source at the position of SGR 1935+2154.\n\nAdditional analysis of AGILE data is in progress.",
