Stratta, and Atteia J-L. report:\n\nTAROT observed the HETE alert #3570\non 2004 Oct. 06, 19:55 UT (middle time).\nThe telescope took a series of 12 x 100-s unfiltered images\nof the afterglow reported by\nG. Da Costa et al. (GCN 2765)\n\nWe co-added frames to obtain a single image.\nComparing to the USNO-1B catalog and DSS\nimage, we are able to detect all stars\nbrighter than R=19.4 but the afterglow\nis not visible.\n\nThe candidate proposed by Da Costa et al. (GCN 2765)\nis not detected at the 3 sigma level. We conclude that the\nafterglow had a magnitude R > 19.4.\n\nThis message may be cited\n\n[GCN OPS (08oct04): Due to a disk-full error, this Circular\nwas issued with the wrong serial number.  It has been changed \nfrom 2806 to 2784.]",
