All the requested\nevent mode data was delivered to the ground.\n\nUsing the normal BAT imaging technique, we find the location of the\nGRB with an SNR of 11.5.\n\nThe BAT ground-calculated position is\nRA, Dec = 196.8656, -51.6403 deg which is\n RA(J2000) = 13h 7m 27.7s\n Dec(J2000) = -51d 38' 25\"\nwith an uncertainty of 5 arcmin, (radius, sys+stat, 90% containment).\nThe partial coding was 28.9%.\n\nThis position is consistent with the Fermi GBM localization (GCN\n28098) and the BALROG localization (GCN 28099).\n\nXRT and UVOT follow-up has been triggered. Results of follow-up\nobservations will be reported in future circulars.\n\nGUANO is a fully autonomous, extremely low latency, spacecraft\ncommanding pipeline designed for targeted recovery of BAT event mode\ndata around the times of compelling astrophysical events to enable\nmore sensitive GRB searches.\n\nA live reporting of Swift/BAT event data recovered by GUANO can be\nfound at: https://www.swift.psu.edu/guano/",
