Meegan (UAH)\nreport on behalf of the Fermi GBM Team:\n\n\"At 22:57:41.18 UT on 16 July 2020, the Fermi Gamma-Ray Burst Monitor\n(GBM) triggered\nand located GRB 200716C (trigger 616633066 / 200716957) which was also\ndetected by the Swift (Ukwatta et al.,  GCN 28124), Fermi-LAT (Ohno et al.,\nGCN 28130). The GBM on-ground location is consistent with both the Swift\nand Fermi-LAT positions.\n\nThe angle from the Fermi LAT boresight at the GBM trigger time is 37\ndegrees.\n\nThe GBM light curve shows two overlapping pulses with a duration (T90) of\nabout 5.3 s (50-300 keV). The time-averaged spectrum from T0-0.26 s to\nT0+4.9 s is best fit by a power law function with an exponential high-energy\ncutoff.  The power law index is -1.07 +/- 0.03 and the cutoff energy,\nparameterized as Epeak, is 716 +/- 97 keV.\n\nThe event fluence (10-1000 keV) in this time interval is (9.57 +/- 0.25)E-6\nerg/cm^2.
