Giuliani (INAF/IASF-Mi), report\non behalf of the AGILE Team:\n\nThe AGILE satellite detected emission most likely associated with the long\nburst GRB 200808A reported by Fermi-GBM (GCN #28230). The event is visible\nin the scientific ratemeters of the SuperAGILE detector (SA; 18-60 keV),\nstarting at T0 = 2020-08-08 11:15:05 (UT). The SA light curve shows two\nseparate emission episodes about 250 s apart. The first episode lasted\nabout 27 s and released ~4350 counts; the second episode lasted about 50 s\nand released ~7900 counts in the detector, above a background rate of 60\nHz. The event has an off-axis angle of about 40 degrees. The SA light curve\ncan be found at:\nhttp://www.agilescienceapp.it/notices/GRB200808A_AGILE_RMs.png .\n\nNo detection is visible in the scientific ratemeters of the MiniCALorimeter\n(MCAL; 0.4-100 MeV).\n\nAdditional analysis of AGILE data is in progress.",
