Sergienko \n(Blagoveschensk Educational State University)\n\n\n\n\nMASTER-IAC robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Spain (IAC Teide Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB 201031B ( Fermi GBM team, GCN 28815) errorbox  9553 sec after notice time and 9640 sec after trigger time at 2020-10-31 20:32:04 UT, with upper limit up to  16.8 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 53 deg.
