Tohuvavohu\non behalf of the Swift-BAT team, report:\n\nThe long-duration GRB 210212B has been detected by\nKonus-Wind, in the waiting mode, INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), and\nSwift (BAT), so far, at about 9477 s UT (02:37:57).\nThe burst was likely outside the coded field of view of the BAT.\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, error box\nwhose coordinates are:\n   ---------------------------------\n    RA(2000), deg     Dec(2000), deg\n   ---------------------------------\n   Corners:\n       159.26         +24.95\n       100.54         +38.07\n        96.30         +19.08\n       163.83         +2.39\n   ---------------------------------\nThis box may be improved.\n\nThe optical transient ZTF21aakruew/AT2021cwd (Yao et al., GCN Circ. \n29508) is inside the box, lending support to the association of the \ntransient and the burst.\n\nA triangulation map is posted at\nhttp://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB210212_T09477/IPN/\n\nThe Konus-Wind time history and spectrum will be given in a forthcoming\nGCN Circular.",
