The ground-calculated BAT location is RA, Dec 192.884, 13.024 degrees \n(J2000). At 43 degrees from the BAT boresight, we expect the uncertainty \nto be primarily systematic due to currently uncalibrated image distortion \n(Swift/BAT image calibration activities are still in progress). The \nsystematic uncertainty is approximately 3 arcmin (radius). \n\nFurther analysis yields a fluence of (2.1 +- 0.2) x 10^-6 ergs/cm2 and a\n1-second peak flux of (6.8 +- 0.4) ph/cm2/s in the 15-350 keV band. The \npower-law photon index is 1.48 in the 20 - 150 keV band.\n\nT90 is 4.1 seconds and T50 is 2.1 seconds. The burst had 2 peaks, the first\n2 seconds long with a rise in 0.1 seconds from a baseline that was slightly \nelevated for about 1.4 seconds, and the second about 1 second long. There is\na low-significance (3.6 sigma image) hint of a 1-second precursor at -16\nseconds from the trigger.",
