Quimby (UTexas) report on \nbehalf of the ROTSE collagoration:\n\nROTSE-IIIb, located at McDonald Observatory, Texas, responded to GRB \n050319 (Swift 11162) in 9.2 s, 27 s after the burst.  Our unfiltered \nimages detect a 16th magnitude, fading source at:\n\n    10:16:47.9       +43:32:54.5\n\nContinuing observations are in progress.  The object is at ~18th \nmagnitude, around 940 seconds after the burst.",
