"body": "At 17:15 UT on 17 February 2022, Swift resumed pointed observations of pre-planned science targets with the attitude control system operating with five reaction wheels. Preliminary analysis of data from the spacecraft, as well as all three on-board instruments, are consistent with expected performance.\n\nAs we gain familiarity with slew performance in the new configuration, the team will work to re-enable autonomous response to on-board gamma-ray burst triggers, as well as uplinks of rapid-response target-of-opportunity (ToO) requests. Both capabilities will be re-enabled no earlier than next week.\n\nIn the mean time, we have reopened the target-of-opportunity website to accept observation requests from the community. As rapid-response ToO uplinks are not currently enabled, only requests with medium urgency or below (i.e., response time ~ days) are currently enabled. Please note that due to the Presidents Day holiday in the US, the earliest time new requests can be accommodated in the schedule is Wednesday, 23 February. More details on the planning schedule can be found here:\n\nhttps://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.swift.psu.edu%2Ftoop%2Frequest.php&data=04%7C01%7Cgcncirc%40capella.gsfc.nasa.gov%7Cef7c965640f04b63163d08d9f2f70ecc%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C637807965186613061%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000&sdata=cMVKafmEZh5AL%2FWH0%2BMIEWnsyNT2%2BqnEmllUhyUi%2Fvk%3D&reserved=0\n\nIf you have further questions, please feel free to reach out to the Swift PI, Brad Cenko, at brad.cenko@nasa.gov.",
