Tohuvavohu\non behalf of the Swift-BAT team, report:\n\nThe extremely bright, long-duration GRB 221009A\n(Swift-BAT detection of Swift J1913.1+1946:\nDichiara et al., GCN Circ. 32632; Kennea and Williams, GCN Circ. 32635;\nFermi-GBM detection: Veres et al., GCN Circ. 32636;\nFermi-LAT detection: Bissaldi et al., GCN Circ. 32636)\nhas been detected by Fermi (GBM trigger 687014224),\nINTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), and Konus-Wind, so far,\nat about 47820 s UT (13:17:00).\n\nWe have triangulated it to a Konus-GBN annulus centered at\nRA(2000)=1.444 deg (00h 05m 47s) Dec(2000)=+3.590 deg (+3d 35' 25\")\nwhose radius is 73.473 +/- 4.089 deg (3 sigma).\n\nThis localization may be improved.\n\nThe IPN localization is consistent with, but reduces the area of, the\nFermi-GBM one (glg_healpix_all_bn221009553_v01).\n\nThe IPN localization is consistent with Swift-BAT (GCN 32632) and\nFermi-LAT (GCN 32636) position of Swift J1913.1+1946, supporting that\nSwift J1913.1+1946 is the afterglow of GRB 221009A.\n\nA triangulation map is posted at\nhttp://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB221009_T47819/IPN/\n\nThe Konus-Wind time history and spectrum will be given\nin a forthcoming GCN Circular.",
