MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB230516.74 (trigger No 705952199,09h 54m 00.00s , +29d 34m 12.0s, R=8.35) errorbox  921 sec after notice time and 952 sec after trigger time at 2023-05-16 18:05:47 UT, with upper limit up to  19.0 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 64 deg. The sun  altitude  is -28.8 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 52 deg., longitude l = 199 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
