MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB230614.39 (trigger No 708426906,07h 23m 38.40s , -61d 52m 48.0s, R=1) errorbox  71 sec after notice time and 102 sec after trigger time at 2023-06-14 09:16:44 UT, with upper limit up to  17.6 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 81 deg. The sun  altitude  is -27.8 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -20 deg., longitude l = 273 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
