MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB230711.17 (trigger No 710741042,07h 34m 04.08s , +12d 03m 00.0s, R=36.82) errorbox  21745 sec after notice time and 21754 sec after trigger time at 2023-07-11 10:06:32 UT, with upper limit up to  16.6 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 83 deg. The sun  altitude  is -18.1 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 15 deg., longitude l = 207 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
