Tohuvavohu\non behalf of the Swift-BAT team, report:\n\nThe short-duration GRB 230712C\nwas detected by Fermi (GBM), Konus-Wind, Swift (BAT), and\nINTEGRAL (SPI-ACS) at about 2575 s UT (00:42:55).\nThe burst was detected by Fermi (GBM) during\nthe trigger record of GRB 230712A (Fermi/GBM trigger 710815158).\nThe burst occurred during Swift slewing interval\n(when normal BAT triggering is disabled).\n\nWe have triangulated it to a Konus-SPI-ACS annulus centered at\nRA(2000)=110.347 deg (07h 21m 23s) Dec(2000)=+22.378 deg (+22d 22' 41\"),\nwhose radius is 65.487 +/- 17.400 deg (3 sigma).\n\nThe annulus combined with the Fermi-GBM position gives 3749 sq. deg (3 sigma) localization region.\n\nA triangulation map and HEALPix FITS file are posted at\nhttp://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB230712_T02575/IPN\n\n",
