Gardner on on behalf of the GRS-Odyssey GRB team,\nreport:\n\nA long-duration GRB 230715D\nhas been detected by Fermi (GBM trigger 711088412),\nKonus-Wind in the waiting mode, Swift (BAT), and \nMars-Odyssey (HEND), so far, at about 16408 s UT (04:33:28)\nThe burst was outside the coded field of view of the BAT.\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box\nwhose coordinates are:\n ---------------------------------------------\n RA(2000), deg Dec(2000), deg\n ---------------------------------------------\n Center:\n 38.861 (02h 35m 27s) -65.868 (-65d 52' 05\")\n Corners:\n 19.987 (01h 19m 57s) -76.691 (-76d 41' 27\")\n 46.191 (03h 04m 46s) -50.654 (-50d 39' 14\")\n 44.347 (02h 57m 23s) -48.728 (-48d 43' 41\")\n 19.602 (01h 18m 24s) -74.655 (-74d 39' 18\")\n ---------------------------------------------\nThe error box area is 34.5 sq. deg, and its maximum\ndimension is 24.0 deg (the minimum one is 1.4 deg).\nThe Sun distance was 94 deg.\n\nThe IPN localization is consistent with, but reduces the area of,\nthe Fermi-GBM final localization (glg_healpix_all_bn230715190_v00).\nIt was inside the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS)\nfield of view (Sector 67, Cameras 3 & 4).\n\nWe thank Robert Wilson for pointing out the TESS coverage \nof the IPN localization.\n\nThis localization may be improved.\n\nA triangulation map and HEALPix FITS file are posted at\nhttp://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB230715_T16407/IPN/"
