TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 34422 SUBJECT: GRB 230814A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 23/08/14 19:05:27 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB At 18:54:56 UT on 14 Aug 2023, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 230814A (trigger 713732101.037422 / 230814788). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 288.8, Dec = -14.2 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 19h 15m, -14d 11'), with a statistical uncertainty of 4.0 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 100.0 degrees.
