T. M. Parsotan (GSFC/UMBC/CRESSTII) report on behalf of the Neil
Gehrels Swift Observatory Team:

Swift Trigger 1187199 (2023-08-25 17:59:36 UT) is not an astrophysical event. 
It is a spurious trigger due to a misidentification of the Crab during
a star tracker Loss-of-Lock event.
