O.J. Roberts (USRA) and S. Bala (USRA), report on behalf of
the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor Team:

"The Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) trigger 715526984/230904562 at 13:29:39.52 UT
on 04 September 2023, previously named as GRB 230904B (GCN 34615), is in fact not due
to a GRB. This trigger is due to particle activity."
