C. Gronwall (PSU) and D. M. Palmer (LANL) report on behalf of the Neil
Gehrels Swift Observatory Team:

Swift Trigger 1192088, at 2023-09-15 01:30:39 UTC, is not
an astrophysical event.  It is due to a misidentifcation
of Sco X-1 during a star tracker Loss-Of-Lock event.
