K. L. Page (U Leicester) and D. M. Palmer (LANL) report on behalf of
the Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory Team:

Swift Trigger 1192233, at 2023-09-16 02:39:35 UTC, is not
an astrophysical event.  It is due to a misidentifcation
of Swift J1727.8-1613 during a star tracker Loss-Of-Lock event.
