MASTER-Amur robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB230916.66 (trigger No 716572242,12h 27m 31.99s , +15d 52m 00.1s, R=21.2667) errorbox  11406 sec after notice time and 11438 sec after trigger time at 2023-09-16 19:01:16 UT, with upper limit up to  16.5 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 83 deg. The sun  altitude  is -20.1 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 77 deg., longitude l = 279 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
