TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 35035 SUBJECT: GRB 231115A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 23/11/15 15:46:53 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely SHORT GRB At 15:36:21 UT on 15 Nov 2023, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 231115A (trigger 721755386.20138 / 231115650). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 131.0, Dec = 73.5 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 08h 43m, 73d 30'), with a statistical uncertainty of 8.7 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 38.0 degrees.
