TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 35156 SUBJECT: GRB 231122A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 23/11/22 12:55:01 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB At 12:44:22 UT on 22 Nov 2023, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 231122A (trigger 722349867.684022 / 231122531). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 108.4, Dec = -5.5 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 07h 13m, -5d 30'), with a statistical uncertainty of 3.8 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 87.0 degrees.
