S. Dichiara (PSU) reports on behalf of the Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory Team:

Swift triggers 1216907, 1216909, 1216910, 1216911 and 1216748 were caused by a star track loss-of-lock  event, and are not interesting astrophysical events.
