TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 35869 SUBJECT: GRB 240305A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 24/03/05 09:59:51 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB At 09:49:21 UT on 5 Mar 2024, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 240305A (trigger 731324966.26389 / 240305409). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 21.1, Dec = -42.1 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 01h 24m, -42d 06'), with a statistical uncertainty of 9.8 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 67.0 degrees.
