SUBJECT: GRB 240731A: Fermi GBM Final Localization

The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB, 
which was also detected by AstroSat (Srijan et al. 2024, GCN 36989) 
and INTEGRAL SPI ACS trigger 10826.

"At 14:20:12.45 UT on 31 July 2024, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM)
triggered and located GRB 240731A (trigger 744128417/240731597).

The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data,
is RA = 8.65, Dec = -46.27 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 0h 34m, -46d 16'),
with a statistical uncertainty of 6.55 degrees.

The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 58 degrees.
